Whether you wish to meet in-person, by telephone or via a virtual meeting session, the choice is yours. I will take the opportunity to introduce myself, listen and understand what you want and need as a buyer

LET'S SEARCH & EXPLORE!

Once we have defined your buying criteria, I will present suitable properties that fit your needs, budget, and timeframe. At every step of the way, I will keep you in the loop with the latest properties that have hit the market. Together, we will evaluate each listing to determine which ones are worthy of a showing. 

STEP THREE

IT'S SHOWTIME!

We will visit each property and evaluate all the unique features that each listing has to offer. I will act as your trusted advisor that will present every salient aspect of each property to ensure that nothing gets overlooked. I will use my construction judgement and spatial vision, to provide you with the creativity and imagination on how you can maximize the potential of each space to fit your lifestyle or investment needs. 

STEP FOUR

MAKE AN OFFER

Once we find a property of your choice, we will co-develop an offer strategy that will reflect your expectations with the end goal of the desired purchase price. 

STEP FIVE

NEGOTIATE

I will prepare and present each offer with a level of assertion and tenacity that will define how you are represented as a buyer. I will do my best to represent your best interest at every juncture of the negotiation process.

STEP SIX

SATISFY CONDITIONS & WAIVERS

It will be my duty to ensure that every aspect of our due diligence is carefully covered and handled at every step of way. 

STEP SEVEN

THE CLOSE

We both have a vested interest to a successful closing. If required, I will put you contact with reputable lawyers that will provide you with the peace of mind at the time of close.  

STEP EIGHT

POST SALES SERVICES

Our journey does not have to end at close. If the opportunity presents itself, I will extend my support to ensure that you receive a complete ultimate full-service real estate experience.
